This is the cake I made my brother for his birthday. It consisted of three layers of white cake with French Vanilla pudding in between, a frosting made from pudding mix, Cool Whip and blue food dye, with strawberries as ballons, whip cream as clouds and chocolate as strings. I didn't realize how low we were on chocolate and didn't think ahead to the fact that this design would have been much better carried out on a sheet cake, so it all looks a little off but...it was yummy so.
the frosting looks good, and the strawberries and the cool whip. but. not feelin the chocolate :P
ReplyDeleteI guess its good you didn't need to eat any of the chocolate, and it was actually sundae fudge. Which probably doesn't change your mind, but...regardless.
